The Yankcanuck heads upbound below Mission Point under a threatening sky, but the sun was shining brightly when this photo was taken.
297 Photos from a trip to the Soo Locks from June 26 - July 1, 2008 including "Engineer's Day" (Friday June 27). There are a lot of photos here, as I decided to post photos from 10 different vantage points along the St. Mary's River as I chased some of the ships through the system.

Lock History Placard #1 - Placards were placed in the visitor viewing area between the MacArthur Lock and Poe Lock under the huge tent erected for Engineer's Day.
