Loading Container-like Tanks Aboard the BBC Naples On Dec. 16
After arriving mid-morning on Dec. 16, the BBC Naples wasted little time to begin loading tanks aboard. These tanks are made of Fiberglass, and are manufactured in Wisconsin Rapids, WI by a company called ECC Corrosion, Inc. See photos in the section above this for other types of tanks which will be loaded aboard the ship for delivery to a customer in Newfoundland.
This slideshow will show you the loading of the largest of the rectangular tanks. From the moment the tank began to be lifted until the time it was lowered into the BBC Naples' hold was approximately 20 minutes. The photos are self-explanatory.
